TV’s Deli & Diner was established in September of 1995 by Tracey Wipp and Victor Stroia. The two met working for famous restaurateur Jimmy Schmidt, where Tracey was the General Manager and Victor was the Catering Coordinator. Tracey is a graduate of Michigan State University and Victor attended Northwood University where he majored in Hotel Restaurant Management. Victor also is certified in Catering by the State of Michigan. Combined, Tracey and Victor have over 30 years of restaurant and catering experience. They are active in the community and support many charity benefits in the downriver area.
With their entrepreneurial spirit and love for good food and service, it was only a matter of time before Tracey and Victor would set out on their own. Their search for good food from scratch near home lead them to open TV’s Deli & Diner in Trenton. The stylish diner serves up freshly prepared food and has an extensive menu created by Chef Victor. Victor has also won several soup contests for his unique homemade soups -- including his first place award for Reuben Soup, a soup deliciously reminiscent of the Reuben Sandwich.
The diner’s recognition has also created a great demand in its catering business. TV’s catering expertise ranges from Victor’s renowned pig roasts and on-site grilling to elegant dinners, casual cocktail parties, weddings, graduations, corporate affairs etc. TV’s now caters for several businesses and families on a regular basis. The friendly and highly qualified servers, bartenders and chefs assure the guests every needs are met.
TV’s Deli & Diner prides itself on quality food, experienced service and guest satisfaction. Eighty percent of TV’s current business is from repeat restaurant and catering clientele.
